With time registration you can manage the work hours and absences of your employees in a flexible way.
We can distinguish the following components in the time registration:
1.The definition of data, like schemes, codes, calculators, balances;
2.Input/output to the users;
3.employees that register work hours;
4.the planning responsible that enters ad hoc the planning with the constraints follow up;
5.HR and the Payroll that centrally follow up the calculated results according to the generated exceptions. They enter absences, generate reports, they start the wage assignments, etc.;
6.Calculated results: the calculated performances, period results (calculators and balances) and exceptions according to the definitions and the input/output.
The blocks within "Definition" are in general fixed settable.
Centrally there is a "rule engine" that processes the variable input according to the definitions and company rules.
