Syncore is the basic application of Syntegro which composes the platform for:

 

the SynGuard access controle application

the SynPeople time registration and selfservice e-HR application

 

The help files are organized into several volumes, whether or not applicable depending on your use of the application. The following sections can be found:

 

Introduction

A general introduction, which describes the overall design of the SynCore, SynGuard and SynPeople application.

 

SynCore General

Description of the overall display structure and user interface elements. Since SynGuard and SynPeople are fully integrated on the SynCore platform, the common screens (or parts of the screens) are being described here.

 

SynGuard User Manual

This manual describes the use of the SynGuard application for the end user. The daily use for the administrator of the access controle application is explained here.

 

SynPeople Time Registration User Manual

This manual describes the use of the SynPeople time registration application for the user. The daily use for the administrator of the time registration application is explained here.

 

SynPeople Selfservice e-HR User Manual

This manual describes the use of  the SynPeople Selfservice e-HR application for the users. Here the daily use for both the employees as the department heads are being explained who make use of the e-HR selfservice application.

 

SynCore System Configuration Manual

In this manual you find all the details to configure the SynCore application. This implicates the settings which are applicable for the SynGuard as well as the SynTime application. The configuration of Syncore is normally set at the start of your system and will then rarely change.

 

SynGuard System Configuration Manual

How you can configure the SynGuard access controle application is explained in detail in this manual. Also the settings will not change frequently, unless you wish to create for example new accesses, new time schedules or access profiles, etc.

 

SynPeople Time Registration  System Configuration Manual

How you can configure the SynPeople time registration application is explained in detail in this manual. These settings will also not change frequently, unless you wish to create for example new work plans, day schedules or new work appointments, etc.

 

SynPeople Selfservice e-HR System Configuration Manual

In this manual you can find out how the SynPeople Selfservice e-HR application can be configured. Normally this will be configured at the beginning of the installation according to your needs. You will only change the configuration when new agreements are made about workflows (for example holiday requests), what certain users may see in their self service screens, etc.

 

System Management

In this manual you can find the details for the system administrators. This includes the possibilities and configuration settings for system administrator tasks such as backup, synchronization settings, etc.
