Fields

Planning & Schedules

Names of the planning and the schedule under which you work. For each day the specific work time according to that day is mentioned in the planning.

Bookings

All your IN and OUT registrations on that day. From the moment there is a IN and OUT registration the system will automatically calculate your results. In some cases it is possible that the calculation hasn't been processed yet and you still already want to see the results.  You can then manually start the calculation by clicking on the icon "Calculate" on top of the calendar or sometimes you can also directly click on "Calculate immediately".

Requests

Here you see your requests for absences. Depending on the status of your request you see here the following icons behind each other: "Requested" - icon icon question_English / "accepted" – icon icon approve_English / "rejected" or "cancelled" – icoon icon close_English.

 

Calculated day results

In the row calculated day results you find the performances calculated based on your registrations. These are the details of the results for each day about your:

oPlanning

oSchedule

oClockings

oRequested absences

oDay results

oPeriod results

 

The day results and their meaning depend on the concrete implementation within your company. For example you have as possible codes: PER - the regular performances according to your planning / PlusH - provided additional performance above the expected performances according to your planning (overtime) / MinH - too little performed hours under the expected performances according to your planning (min hours), etc.

 

Period results

Shows the evolution of your calculators from day to day.

The period results shown and their meaning depend on the concrete implementation within your company. You find here for example your vacation rights (still outstanding holiday and age vacation in hours), your recovery calculator (balance of plus and min hours) and your monthly balance (plus and min hours on a monthly basis).
