The displayed detail data is visualized depending on the selected view and the configuration of your system. In some cases, certain detail data in your  configuration are not important and these will therefore not be visible.

In the most extensive form one can find the following detail data in the calendar screen:

Fields

Planning

This row shows the active scheme of the employee.

Normal schedule

This row shows the active schedule of the scheme on each calendar day.

Bookings

This row shows the registered clockings of the employee.

Corrected day results

This row shows eventual inserted corrections on day results (absences, corrections on performances, etc.).

Calculated day results

This row shows all the calculated results based on the defined rules in the schedule, the bookings and the inserted corrections. These are the effective performance and absence results of the employee on each day.

Authorized day results

Shows eventual authorizations of day results towards possible other predefined day results (e.g. authorization of overtime to codes with different percentages of recovery and payments, authorization of too little performance towards possible absence codes, etc.).

Calculated day exceptions

Exceptions that are detected on a certain day by the calculation (e.g. too little work, not booked, etc.).

Corrected period results

This row shows eventual inserted corrections on period results (e.g. a correction of rights on a certain day on age vacation).

Calculated period results

This row shows the evolution of the period totals (those that have been configured to be visualized here) from day to day. The result of the period totals at the end of the period are also always displayed on the right side.
