By using the icon you can activate the group correction mode. From the moment you click on it the icon changes in a pressed position .

Additionally an extra warning is being placed above in the detail info screen, namely:

The group correction can only be activated if a record is selected.

In case the group correction mode is active, you can perform changes to all records from the list (or on the active selection from the list) with 1 action. In group correction mode each field on which a correction is possible will be preceded by a "check button".

In the detail info screen you click on all fields on which you want to run a group correction, and here you enter the required value.

Then you can perform the group correction by clicking on the button in the detail info screen. In the example all records from the list in the entry field "country" will be changed to the value "Belgium".
