Different schedules we can also group into schedule groups. You can create as many schedule groups as you want. This is sometimes used at the calculation and for reports, where it's interesting to group schedules under the same schedule group.
Step 1:
Go to the screen Time/e-HR and click on the tab "Definition workplanning". Next you click on "Schedule groups".
Step 2:
Next you click on the icon .
Step 3:
Add a description to your schedule group, e.g. "Workmen - no weekends (syntegro)".
Click on the schedule from the list "Not selected" and move them to the list "Selected" via the navigation arrows in the middle of the two columns.
Finally you click on , after which this new schedule group is created. This schedule group now only contains the schedules from the selected list.
