Schedule rule systems

A schedule refers to a schedule rule system. In SynPeople as many schedule rule systems can be defined as wanted and necessary. Several schedules that follow the same work arrangements for the calculation can also refer to the same schedule rule system.

The schedule rule system will calculate the registrations and corrections to day results and period results, according to contractual agreements and according to the work arrangements. There are a number of rules available to set up this calculation and to become the desired results in a very flexible way.

Some of the schedule rule systems are:

round/shift clocking

generate exceptions on no clocking/too late/clocking too early

calculate performances/overtime/supplements according to fixed boundaries and according to volume

calculate plus and minus hours for sliding times

calculate meal vouchers

generate exceptions at too little/too much performances

etc.

Schedule rule systems will in general only be adjusted in case there are corrections in the contractual and/or collective agreements.
