On the top of the detail screen you can always view the possible database actions:

•New: create a new blank record

•Save: save the changes

•Delete: delete the current record from the database

•Copy: make a copy of  the current record in a new record which you can edit and then save

•Refresh: refresh the information on the screen

Note:

•In case you make changes to a specific record and you forget to save it, by immediately selecting another record or screen, the system will give you a warning and it will ask you if you want to ignore the changes you made.

•In case you have activated the group correction mode, instead of the database actions above, the action icon will be shown (see Group correction).
