Instead of identification with a badge, you can also make employees identify themselves with a combination of a keycode and a pin code. Condition is that you have access to a keypad (keypads with a numeric input with or without a badge reader). Obviously the keycode has to be a unique numeric code for each employee.

Keycode is an input field of the type "Table input field". So you can define multiple keycodes to 1 employee. This to keep a history of the keycodes which the employee has received, or to assign more than 1 keycode to an employee.
