When someone enters an incorrect username and password to log in up to three times, this account will automatically be temporarily blocked during a time which has been set up of for example half an hour. Within this time the employee can not login, unless someone unlocks his account.
To be able to immediately unlock the account of your employee , you open the screen employees and you click on .
The details of the employee who's account is temporarily blocked appear in the overview. You click on the name of the employee and then you select "Account unlock". After this action the employee can log back into the system.
