If you want to assign a temporary keycode (for example so that a supplier can leave the field again), this is possible in the menu employees under

Via the settings screen you specify to which person the keycode is linked.

You set up how long the keycode remains valid. Next you click on "Create".

In case you have SynReg with the option "Ticket printer" you can automatically print the keycode.
