SynGuard let you indicate at many places in the application when something is possible. To realize this the application makes use of time schedules, in which you can define the time intervals per day and per period where "something" is possible.
A time table has an adjustable period in days (default 7 days) which is repeated cyclic. In this way you can make the most complex time schedules.
The most important application of the time schedules is to indicate in the access profiles and personal access profiles "when" someone has access.
Additionally time schedules can also be used to determine:
•When a user can log in (see User roles)
•When doors are automatically opened or blocked (see Network)
In a time schedule we can also define an exceptional procedure on certain type of days: holidays and special days. Which days are applicable as special days, are being defined at the object of which the time schedule is applicable: at the employee for access, in the network definition for the door at the use of time schedules for sending the doors open, etc.
See the screen Time schedules for more information on how you can define time schedules.
