Fields

Time schedule

Unique key identifier (unique number).

Descriptions

Description of the time table as it can be selected later on.

Startdate

Fictive startdate on which the time table is defined. This date will automatically be projected into the current date of use. A time schedule is cyclical and can therefore also be used in the past.

Cycle

The length of the time table. Default this is set at 7 days (1 week). One can define in periods of any kind of length which are always repeated cyclically.

Use holidays

In the time table one can define an exceptional occurrence for defined holidays (see calendar days). This field indicates if someone indeed wants to use it in this time table.

Use special days

In the time table one can define an exceptional occurrence for defined special days (see special calendar days). This field indicates if someone indeed wants to use it in this time table.

Time schedule (intervals)

Here you specify the active periods for each day (green bars). These periods will then be used at the use of the time table to activate a required procedure (for example allow access in access profiles, allow the logon at certain times in the user roles, sent doors open in the network). One can define multiple active periods for each day, as well as exceptional periods (in case it's required) to holidays and special days.

User interface

The definition of the time intervals uses a specific interface to the user. See for a further explanation User interface Time schedules.
