The list on the left in the screen layout gives an overview of all predefined records, with a couple of fields to quickly identify a record. The visualized columns are being displayed in the title bar of the list (depending on the displayed screen).

Select a record

In case you select a specific record in the list, by clicking on it with the left mouse button, the record will be selected, and all information about this record will be displayed in the detail info screen. U can then modify or delete this record in the detail info screen.

Adjust Sort order

You can sort the list according to a column by clicking on the title of a column. Clicking again on the same column switches the sorting in an alternative way from ascending to descending. The current sorting is indicated by the symbols sortsymbolup_English (ascending sorting) and sortsymboldown_English (descending sorting) next to the column name.

The columns you can make narrower or wider as you prefer by moving the mouse pointer on the line between the columns. The cursor will then change as follow: resizecursor_English. You can then adjust the width of the columns by keeping the left mouse button pressed in.

You can move the columns with the help of "drag and drop". Place the mouse pointer on the column title you wish to move, press the left mouse button in and hold it. You can then drag the column to the required position in the title bar of the columns.

When you click in the title bar with the right mouse pointer, you also get a menu where you can select which columns you want to show in the list. Furthermore you can specify the sort order in this menu as an alternative method to the mentioned function written above.
