The fixed information in the employee screen is always visible, these are the following fields:

Employee

Automatically generated unique number for each employee.

Staff Number

Free to chose employee number (alphanumeric). This number has to be unique. If you enter an already existing number, the system will refuse it.

Title

Choice list with titles to address. This choice list you can adjust yourself via the screen Titles.

First Name

Last Name

Suffix

Choice list with name suffix. This choice list you can adjust yourself via the screen Name suffixes.
